Using harmonising, balancing, relaxing sounds at different frequencies, this 'sonic massage' supports the body to deeply relax, and helps to bring your focus away from your thoughts.

These sounds are created with unique and beautiful instruments, including a monochord, alchemy crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, a gong and an amazing hang drum! Each sound healing instrument creates distinct vibrations and frequencies that gently bring the physical, mental, and emotional bodies back into balance, guiding you into a deeply restorative meditative state.
